helpful staff well-kept facilities missing facilities unadjustable air conditioning
The hotel staff proved helpful. They maintained the facilities well. The room featured a balcony overlooking the pools. It also included a credit system applicable at any time . This included pool snacks.
My room lacked tea or coffee making facilities. I found this quite inconvenient. The air conditioning temperature was also unadjustable. I asked reception about this issue and there was no solution. The food choices were particularly poor. The dishes were often cold or lukewarm.

totally awesome stay, was pretty good!
relax pool half board central location friendly staff
The 'relax' pool area was super chill for adults, such a nice vibe. i loved the half board option. It gave flexibility. i walked to the town and marina easily. staff were great, especially the italian lady at the buffet and the bartenders, they were amazing!

The room was spacious with lovely toiletries, a nice perk. the tv had netflix, a great bonus! the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It felt luxurious! a good hairdryer was present in the room. That's convenient!

friendly staff comfy bed poor service arrival information
The staff were friendly and accommodating in every part of the hotel. The location is superb. I found the beds comfy.
The hotel did not provide much information upon my arrival. I also experienced poor service at the hotel bar. It took a long time to be served, and there were only a few people ahead of me.

helpful staff best sangrias clean hotel room
The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful. I liked the pool bar guy. His sangrias are the best. The hotel room, a triple swim up, was clean. The food options during the day were also very GOOD.
